My Services

My client space is thoughtfully designed to foster a sense of comfort, safety, and calm, ideal for therapeutic work. Upon entering, clients are welcomed by a serene atmosphere highlighted by soft seafoam green walls and gentle-toned area rugs that create a warm, grounded feel. Two inviting chairs offer clients a choice of where to settle, promoting a sense of agency and personal comfort from the very beginning of the session.

The room includes tools for psychoeducation, including a dry erase board, which allows for visual explanation and interactive learning tailored to each individual’s needs. At the center of the room, a directional dial on the floor serves as a symbolic and practical tool—inviting reflection, grounding, or orientation in therapeutic exercises, depending on the session’s flow.

Located just outside the client room is a private bathroom, ensuring convenience and discretion.

The entire space is designed to be private and secure, reinforcing the sense of safety and confidentiality that is essential for therapeutic work. Every element in the space, from the color palette to the arrangement of furniture and tools, has been curated to support emotional ease, personal reflection, and deep, meaningful conversations. This environment supports both healing and growth, offering a quiet and protected setting for clients to explore, process, and move forward.
