Systemic Family Constellations
I was first introduced to Bert Hellinger’s Family Constellations work a few years ago through a colleague. At the time, I
both nervous and deeply intrigued enough to explore this practice.In 2025, I began formal online training with Euphrasia Nyaki and completed a 90-hour program under her guidance.One of the most profound insights I gained is that this work is less about the individual alone and more about the “field” — often referred to as the morphogenic field. This field reveals underlying truths about why we experience life the way we do, especially in the present moment. It considers far more than just who we are as individuals; it includes all the visible and invisible influences, named and unnamed, that have shaped our current reality.As a newer modality in my practice, integrating Family Constellations with Somatic Experiencing has significantly deepened both my personal work and the support I offer to others.
60 or 90 Minutes Counselling session. ​ I offer compassionate witnessnessing as we navigate the challenge of sharing and getting to know how individuals are challenged. Setting goals and learning new skills. ​ These sessions are client led, where the offering of Psychoeducation is key to understanding where you are in your life right now. ​ I combine various modalites depending on what arrives and if the individuals are open. ​ Honouring that you are the expert of you, and my task is to support you in gaining what ever it is you are lacking to feel more present, more empowered in your life.​​
